My 30 day shred results :)

People were asking my start weight and end weight from this. 
Start weight - 156
End weight - 144 

YOU DID THIS IN 30 DAYS!?

Roughly yes, i had the odd 1 day break here and there! & Just to clarify, all i did was the 30 day shred, i didnt do any other workouts during this time.
